The process of participating in the search and reporting of security holes must comply with the regulations developed and promulgated by the National Cyber ​​Security Monitoring Center (NCSC) in collaboration with relevant units. This regulation specifies the actions that are allowed and the actions that are not allowed when participating in the program. In addition, the NCSC also has specific instructions on the steps of vulnerability testing, assessment and validation; Troubleshoot and fix vulnerabilities.
