In the process of using iPhone, there will be times when you encounter a situation where the camera does not work. How to fix the above problem?

There are many reasons why the camera does not work, for example, because you dropped your phone, broke the connection cable, etc. However, before taking the device to a service center or shop for repair, you can try a the following number of ways to fix.

1. Close and reopen the camera app

The easiest way to fix iPhone camera not working is to close and reopen the app.

First, unlock your iPhone and press the Home button twice, find the camera app and swipe up to turn it off. For newer iPhones (without a physical Home button), users just need to swipe up from the bottom edge of the screen and hold for about 1-2 seconds to open multitasking, then do the same as above.

If the above 2 methods do not help to fix the problem, please change the settings of the camera application.

To do this, go to Settings – Camera – Format (format), then select Most Compatible (most compatible).
