If your iPhone doesn’t show call history, here are some tips to fix it.

By default, the iPhone will store information on incoming, outgoing and missed calls in the Recent section. However, some people cannot see call history, how to fix the above problem?

1. Reboot the phone

This trick is relatively simple but can fix most of the common problems on the iPhone. To do this, go to Settings – General – Shut down – Slide to power off (slide to power off). Once the iPhone is completely off, simply press the power button for a few seconds until the Apple logo appears.

On older iPhone models (with the physical home button), you can simply hold down the Home button and the power button at the same time to force the device to reboot.

2. Remove the SIM card

If the above doesn’t fix the problem, power off your iPhone and remove the SIM card from the device. Then, clean the SIM card with a soft fiber cloth, then re-insert it into the iPhone.

3. View all call history

To review all your call history (including incoming, outgoing and missed calls), open the Phone app, switch to the Recent tab and select All instead. because Missed (only shows missed calls).
