Peanuts for breakfast: Sadhguru says that people should consume peanuts for breakfast, because it contains all those essential elements which are necessary for the body. He further states that, for a long time throughout the day and day, he himself ate only soaked peanuts and bananas overnight. He says that this not only fills the stomach, but he was also more active throughout the day.

How to consume: Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev says that peanuts are a complete diet in themselves. They believe that soaking it overnight for about 6 to 8 hours removes the bile present in peanuts. Then chew it well.

According to him, choose the same peanuts which have been grown organically. Sadhguru says that they should be consumed only after making sure that genetic engineering is not used in them. Avoid using peanuts made with genetic changes or using fertilizers and pesticides.

Learn Peanut Shake Recipe: On his YouTube channel Sadhguru Hindi, Jaggi Vasudev has also told the recipe of Peanut Shake which people can drink for breakfast. Keep a handful of peanuts soaked in water overnight for 6 to 8 hours. Then put it in the mixer and if you want you can add banana or some amount of honey with it.

Then blend it for 2 minutes. If you want to drink this mixture as a shake then dilute it by adding a little water and consume it. Otherwise you can also eat thick mixture like oatmeal. According to Sadhguru, it is very nutritious in breakfast and people will feel energetic for 4 to 5 hours.
