The normal range of uric acid in the body is between 3.6 to 7.5 mg/dl, but if it increases to 7.6 mg/dl then this condition is called high uric acid i.e. hyperuricemia in medical language. Due to the increased amount of uric acid in the body, a condition of pain, swelling or stiffness occurs in the joints.

Fix Diet: When uric acid increases, add citrus juicy fruits like orange, grape, tomato, gooseberry, orange, lemon etc. to your diet and radish leaves, dry grapes, milk, beet, amaranth, cabbage, green coriander, guava, apple, banana, plum, bilva , jackfruit, turnip, mint and spinach etc. should be included. These are all good sources of Vitamin C. Apart from this, pulses are also a source of vitamin C.

Consuming Cucumbers: High levels of uric acid are mainly found in people suffering from metabolic disorders, such as diabetes, obesity, hypertension and people who consume alcohol and red meat for a long time. In such a situation, foods rich in fiber are not only beneficial for health, but they also help in reducing uric acid. Potassium and phosphorus are found in abundance in cucumber juice, by its consumption it can also provide relief from swelling and stiffness in the body.
