According to the election affidavit given during the nomination from Gopalganj Assembly, Sadhu Yadav has movable and immovable assets worth Rs 4.16 crore. Whereas during the 2015 assembly elections he was the owner of movable and immovable property worth Rs 7.79 crore.

According to the election affidavit, Sadhu Yadav owns movable assets worth Rs 1.88 crore, has cash of Rs 1.35 lakh and bank balance of Rs 39.83 lakh. During the 2015 assembly elections, he was the owner of movable assets worth Rs 1.95 crore which included cash of Rs 60 thousand and bank balance of Rs 1.24 crore.

In five years, the bank balance of Sadhu Yadav has decreased by about 84 lakh rupees. Lalu Prasad Yadav’s brother-in-law had jewelery worth Rs 31.20 lakh during the 2015 assembly elections, which has now come down to Rs 1.15 lakh. However, Sadhu Yadav definitely bought a vehicle worth Rs 69.58 lakh during this period.

Big drop in real estate: The biggest decline has come in Sadhu Yadav’s real estate. The real estate of Sadhu Yadav has reduced by less than half in the last five years. According to the latest election affidavit, he owns immovable property worth Rs 2.28 crore, while in 2015, Sadhu Yadav owned immovable property worth Rs 5.83 crore.

According to this, Sadhu Yadav has 21 lakh rupees of agricultural land, which was worth 23.11 lakh rupees in 2015. The major downfall has been in their non-agricultural land, they have non-agricultural land worth Rs 82 lakh, which was valued at Rs 5.6 crore in 2015.

However, in the last five years, Sadhu Yadav has bought a commercial property worth one crore rupees. Not only this, there is also a liability of 2.2 crore rupees on Sadhu Yadav. According to the affidavit, five criminal cases are also filed against him.
