Focus Mode on iOS 15 allows the iPhone status bar to display unique icons with high personalization. This icon can be any icon or emoji you preset with just a few simple steps.

How to create emoji heart shape, smiley face on iPhone status bar

Step 1: Go to Settings > Focus.

Step 2: Click the Plus icon > Customize.

Step 3: Give your focus mode a name by typing in the box > choose a display icon color > select a display icon (eg heart, smiley) > Next.
