Santhan Kumar, son of Jitan Ram Manjhi, is Phd holder, know how many properties he owns

Bihar Election 2020: The Hindustani Awam Morcha (HAM) of former Bihar Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi is once again contesting elections with the NDA. Nitish Kumar’s JDU has given 7 assembly seats from Jitu Ram Manjhi’s Hindustani Awam Morcha to his account. Jitanram Manjhi’s ‘Hum’ was part of the grand alliance during the 2019 Lok Sabha elections. Hindustani Awam Morcha national president Jitanram Manjhi is contesting from Imamganj assembly seat in Gaya district but his son Santosh Kumar Suman is not contesting this time.

Santosh Kumar Suman, son of Jitan Ram Manjhi, is currently the National Chairman of the Parliamentary Board of HAM. Santosh Kutumba contested from the assembly in the 2015 assembly elections. But in the last assembly election, he had to face Rajesh Kumar. In 2015, Rajesh Kumar of Congress defeated Santosh Kumar Suman in Kutumba Assembly by more than 10 thousand votes. After losing the election, Santosh became a member of the Legislative Council.

Santosh Kumar Suman, son of former Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi, is well educated. He did his MA in Political Science from Delhi University. He has also done his PhD from Magadh University Bodh Gaya. In 2000, Santosh Kumar Suman also passed the UGC NET exam.

According to the affidavit given in the 2015 assembly election, he had movable and immovable property worth more than 3 crore rupees and more than 17 lakh rupees.

Santosh Kumar Suman is also considered the political heir of Jitan Ram Manjhi. From the alliance to the selection of tickets, Santosh Kumar Suman advises Jitanram Manjhi. Two years ago, Jitan Ram Manjhi made Santosh Kumar Suman the chairman of the party’s parliamentary board with the aim of strengthening the party.

Jitan Ram Manjhi has been the Chief Minister of Bihar for almost 9 months. Nitish Kumar resigned from the post of Chief Minister after a bitter defeat of JDU in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections. After this, Jitan Ram Manjhi became the Chief Minister of Bihar. But after a few months, Jitan Ram Manjhi lost the chief minister’s chair. After this, an angry Jitan Ram Manjhi formed a separate party Hindustani Awam Morcha.
