Sara had also told in her interview that she also followed the keto diet to lose weight but that did not work out.
Now this is Sara’s diet: Sara Ali Khan consumes only healthy and nutritious things to keep herself fit. She starts her day with a glass of lukewarm water. For breakfast, Sara Ali Khan eats egg white, one bread toast, 2 idlis. Sometimes she also eats egg scramble toast for breakfast.
In lunch, Sara Ali Khan eats boiled vegetables, raw papaya salad, fiber-rich fruits, a bowl of lentils and a roti. Grilled vegetables and sometimes dry fruits are also eaten as snacks. In dinner, Sara Ali Khan eats boiled or grilled vegetables, boiled eggs and chicken.
