Suzuki improves the quality of after-sales service

That is also the reason why this company has adjusted the cost of spare parts properly, changed the maintenance cycle to provide suitable maintenance time to reduce the cost burden for customers. From April, maintenance frequency is reduced by 33% (Suzuki customers do maintenance at 6 months or 7,500 km), free maintenance for the first 3 times, maintenance cost for 3 years is reduced to 50% compared to before.

In addition, the company has strengthened service training to improve the skills of mechanics and technicians, increase spare parts stockpiles and ensure spare parts are available to eliminate the situation of vehicles waiting to be repaired. use. In order to improve the quality of after-sales service, since October, Suzuki has conducted 23 diversified training courses of maintenance skills within 3 months across the country.

Currently, Vietnam Suzuki parts are stockpiled in a warehouse in the Suzuki Long Binh factory in Dong Nai, a warehouse in Hanoi and the spare part warehouse in HCMC is being expanded. At the same time, 37 authorized Suzuki dealers nationwide also equipped with 2 storage facilities at each dealer. In total, Vietnam Suzuki owns 77 stockpiles of spare parts nationwide.

Spare parts will be delivered to the dealer (in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City) within the same day, after receiving the order. With efficient storage, operation and a large number of spare parts available, the company is committed to a fast and stable part distribution even in the event of an epidemic.
