In the summer season, tanning also occurs on the feet, which is not so easy to remove.

Pedicure is needed to remove the dead skin from the heels and get rid of the problem of tanning. However, due to coronavirus, most people are not stepping out of their homes. In such a situation, you can take help of pedicure at home itself.

Lemon and Baking Soda: For this, squeeze 2 teaspoons of baking soda, one teaspoon of salt, 4 to 5 teaspoons of hydrogen peroxide and two lemons in lukewarm water. Also put lemon peels in water. If you want, you can also add a little shampoo to this water. Now sit with your feet immersed in water for 10 minutes. By doing this, the dead skin of the feet gets removed. Along with this, the skin around the nails also becomes soft.

-Cleaning: Use a loofah and pumice stone to clean your feet. Rub the feet and heels thoroughly with this stone. Then rub the nails with lemon peel. Wash your feet thoroughly for 5 minutes.

-Scrubbing: Scrubbing is the most important part of a pedicure. For this, mix 3 to 4 spoons of coconut oil in two spoons of baking soda. Then rub this paste on the feet. It helps to exfoliate the skin.

-Anti-tanning pack: This pack is very effective in getting rid of tanning legs. For this, mix 2 teaspoons of multani mitti with 1 lemon, 2 teaspoons sandalwood powder and 2 teaspoons aloe vera gel. Then add some raw milk to it. Now apply this pack on your feet. After drying, wash the feet thoroughly with normal water. By doing this your feet will become glowing.
