Lion Pose – In this pose, an attempt is made to strengthen the muscles of the cheeks. Turn right-left or up-down by filling air in the mouth. Repeat this pose 4 to 5 times. Then drink water. This causes tension in your cheek muscles. This enhances facial skin. This causes constriction in the skin of the face. This pose is considered very good for bringing glow to the face.
