Remedies for Cracked Heels: As the weather changes, its effect starts showing on the skin as well as health. Sometimes too much oil and sometimes lack of moisture causes bad effect on the skin. Experts believe that the problem of cracked and dry ankles becomes more in this season. Explain that there is no oil in the ankles, due to which the skin there gets dry very quickly. Due to this cracking of the skin starts which is called cracked heels. People who have this problem more, it can also cause pain in the feet and bleeding problems. In such a situation, let us know some home remedies which are helpful in removing the problem of cracked heels.
Apple Cider Vinegar and Lemon: Apple vinegar is helpful in removing the problem of cracked and dry ankles. If lemon juice is added to it, then better results can be obtained. This is because both have anti-inflammatory and acidic ingredients that exfoliate the skin. It removes dead skin cells.
Grate the top surface of the fresh lemon with the help of a grater. Boil this mixture by adding 3 liters of water in a vessel. Switch off the gas and when it becomes lukewarm, add a spoonful of apple cider vinegar to this water and keep your feet in it for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Coconut Oil: Regular use of coconut oil before going to sleep at night ends the problem of cracked heels. Apply it on the affected area, if you want, you can also apply it by heating it slightly. Massaging it on cracked ankles will give relief. Also, don’t forget to wear socks while sleeping. Wash your feet with water first thing in the morning.
Aloe Vera and Glycerin: Aloe vera has hydrating and healing properties which helps in treating dry skin. By adding glycerin to it, the feet are well moisturized. This is the reason why it is effective for dry and cracked skin.
Mix one teaspoon of glycerin in 2 teaspoons of aloe vera gel. Wash your feet with warm water and massage with this mixture. This problem of feet will go away with its regular use.
