Valhalla has a 4-liter V8 engine located in the middle of an electric motor, with a total capacity of nearly 1,000 horsepower.

Aston Martin Valhalla is the first “green” supercar produced in the British brand’s 108-year history. Valhalla is a special mid-engined hybrid supercar, developed from the company’s 2019 AM-RB 03 concept.

The Valhalla uses a new PHEV (plug-in hybrid) powertrain, with two electric motors combined with a 4-liter twin-turbo V8 engine placed in the middle of the rear. Aston Martin says it is the most advanced, responsive and efficient V8 engine ever fitted to an Aston Martin.

Sending power to the rear wheels, the internal combustion engine works with a pair of electric motors. The electric motor has a total capacity of 201 horsepower and helps Valhalla have a total capacity of 937 horsepower and 1,000 Nm of torque. The car is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.5 seconds and has a top speed of 330 km/h.

The Valhalla uses an eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission exclusively developed and engineered for Aston Martin hybrid engines. The vehicle is equipped with an electronic limited-slip differential on the rear axle and has an electric reverse mode using only two electric motors.

The British automaker has not announced the production number and price of this model. However, customers will probably have to spend about $ 800,000 and delivery will take place in 2023.
