Take some medicines in consultation with the doctor- There are many such medicines which can disrupt the hormone levels of our body as well as lead to serious consequences, resulting in problems like acne. But taking some prescribed medicines with the consultation of a doctor gives relief to a great extent.

Not bathing after workout is also a problem- This is also a problem of acne. We are out during workouts and wear tight clothes during that time. During this there is a risk of clogging the pores and bacteria start growing there. The result of this is that there also acne starts coming out in the form of granules. For this it is necessary that after exercise we should take bath regularly and try to keep our face clean as well.
